250 g di cimette di cavolfiore
250 g di cimette di broccoletti
5 di acciughe
noce moscata grattugiata
olio, aglio, sale, pepe, prezzemolo

Tagliate a metà le cimette, lavatele e asciugatele. Dissalate le acciughe e asciugatele. Tritate l’aglio e rosolatelo con 4 cucchiai d’olio in una padella; aggiungetevi le cimette, salate, pepate, cuocete per 5 minuti e fate raffreddare. Sbattete le uova in una terrina con una frusta, unite il formaggio, il prezzemolo, noce moscata, sale, pepe. Versate il composto in una teglia foderata con carta da forno; sistematevi sopra le verdure e le acciughe e cuocete in forno preriscaldato a 180° per 25 minuti.
