personalized Explanation: For the whole phrase (属人化していた業務の排除), you could probably use something like "eliminate the need for human labor" or "replace humans with computers." I saw in one of the dictionaries where 対応の属人化 was translated as "personalized care." Based on your above description it looks like the company wants to eliminate duties that rely on individual/singular efforts and would like to work through collective, standardized efforts. (Even if an individual should leave, it will be easier to pick up on and continue the work.) |
