This term is used in contrast to listed brand (listed stocks). But I am not sure it's the same as non-listed brand.

It seems to mean "brand traded at store-front."

The tern "over the counter stock　（OTC stock) seems to be used the most. Also the term "unlisted stock" is used. Being that you are trying to make a contrast between "listed stock", the term unlisted stock may be a good term to use.
