Japanese term

該否

Japanese to English Law/Patents Law: Contract(s)
Below are examples of this phrase in the text, I think the first phrase means 'the applicability of the extent of maintenance'
and the 2nd to mean Number installed and whether they are applicable or not.
So I guess the phrase means applicability or non-applicability but I'm not sure. TIA

applicability

Yes, I think 該否 means the applicability.
該 is 該当する, which is "applicable", 否 is negation, which means "not applicable" here.
