neutral  ROCHA-ROBINSON: hit the wrong button - your reaction however seems somewhat unwarranted... I didn't say 'weak banking system' and FOREX operations are also 'financial movements'.. IMHO - As I said when I read your response, I hit the wrong button and accidently erased.
