O contexto é uma entrevista informal; em um determinado momento o entrevistador diz: "a pessoa, entre aspas, que se acha doente, que eu não me acho doente, nunca me achei um doente...". A linguagem da pessoa é bastante coloquial.

Explanation:
Very commonly, especially in Brazil, you use the "entre aspas" gesture, ironically many times, rather than say anything, which is basically the point really. I.e., you never really said anything or mentioned the person´s name.
