In response to your question: I'm not familiar with Sidney Camargo and Marth Steinber's dictionary that you mentioned. I just completed 4,500 expressions, including idioms, proverbs, and sayings. It's been a monumental task.
PS: I also agree with you on your comment about "That's not my job". This translates better as "Isso não é minha função/respnsabilidade". Not quite the same as "not my department".
