I am currently translating a motion for review and would appreciate any suggestions/advice on how to translate the above phrase in the following context:

Para suspender a obrigação de depósito extrajudicial prévio de quaisquer valores requeridos pelos membros de classe que não comprovaram ou não comproven o exercício de atividade no local da suposta contaminação
