Como bem colocado pelo Mark acima, normalmente não dá para traduzir essas cláusulas contratuais ao pé da letra. O evento que você se refere na pergunta é uma possível troca de endereço (domicílio) de uma das partes, certo?
Então se essa informação necessita constar na cláusula de jurisdição, é algo tipo "change of address". Mas muitos contratos têm uma cláusula separada para tratar de mudança de domicílio.
