O evento que você se refere na pergunta é uma possível troca de endereço (domicílio) de uma das partes, certo? Então se essa informação necessita constar na cláusula de jurisdição, é algo tipo "change of address". Mas muitos contratos têm uma cláusula separada para tratar de mudança de domicílio. “The courts of the city of ___ have exclusive jurisdiction, with the waiver of any other court, however preferable it may be, including any changes of address by any of the parties herein, to settle any disputes arising from this Agreement”. |
