neutral philgoddard : I don't see how this is an improvement on Ana's answer, and you should generally avoid two words ending in "-ing". "Worded as follows" would be better.

Ana used "entered into" which is incorrect. Lavrada means it was issued or written, not signed or executed, yet. And I don't like the "ings" either, but in this case, it's the jargon, not my fault.
