I'm not sure what ex represents here. This is a document about publishing technical standards, and you can subscribe to the issue. A, B, C etc. are different types of subscriptions. This is the beggining of the table, with it continuing down for different "ex" for each subscription...

as they talk about subscription, sounds to me to be "exercício", i.e. year
