Dreptul de superficie = drept real rezultat din dreptul de proprietate pe care il are o persoana, denumita superficiar, asupra constructiilor, plantatiilor sau a altor lucrari care se afla pe o suprafata de teren care apartine unei alte persoane, teren asupra caruia superficiarul capata un drept de folosinta. In legislatia germana acest drept poate fi lasat mostenire. |
