SEGUNDA.- Las cantidades que por disposición de este crédito sean entregadas por el banco y el importe de los intereses y comisiones devengados, asi como las reintegradas por el/los acreditados, se adeudarán y acreditarán, respectivamente, en la cuenta corriente de crédito abierta en la expresada Oficina con el mismo número que la póliza.
Esta cuenta corriente de crédito puede registrar operaciones reguladas en la Ley 16/2009 de servicios de pago; en ese caso los Acreditados suscribirán aparte la asociación de esta cuenta a un contrato marco de servicios de pago o bien las órdenes de operaciones de pago singulares que prevé dicha Ley.

A pro question is anything else... in other words, any question that requires knowledge or skills that are specialized (even slightly).
Another way to think of the difficulty levels is this: an easy question is one that deals with everyday conversation. A pro question is anything else.
When deciding between easy and pro, err on the side of pro. Most questions will be pro.
* Note: non-member askers are not given the option of entering 'pro' questions; the only way for their questions to be classified as 'pro' is for a ProZ.com member or members to re-classify it.
