SPECIAL CONDITIONS OF SALES
1. VALIDITY OF THE OFFER
1.1. This offer remains valid for 30 days after closing date, latest until 10/10/2010.
2. DELIVERY OF GOODS
2.1. The Seller’s scope of work includes delivery of equipment according to the following INCOTERMS 2000, as per the Contract: FCA (Free Carrier)
Aix-les-Bains, France.
3. DELIVERY TIME
3.1. According to ANNEX 1 of the Contract.
4. PAYMENT
4.1. The schedule for advance payment as well as for LCs is indicated in ANNEX1 of the Contract.
5. DELAY IN PAYMENT
5.1. If Purchaser fails to make any payment on the due date then Seller shall be entitled to charge interest on the amount unpaid at the rate (as indicated in the Contract) due to time until payment in full is made (a part of month being treated as a full month for the purpose of calculating interests).
6. PRICE CONDITIONS
6.1. Prices are fixed and firm for the execution of the contract during the period of years (including) 2010 – 2012 apart from the case that conditions of the Contract section 1 and 12 are applicable.
7. FACTORY TESTING
7.1. Routine tests reports will be issued and submitted to the Purchaser and should meet the requirements as per corresponding IEC standard.
8. WORKING TIME
8.1. Extended hours to the ones agreed by the Annex 1 to the present Contract might be performed in compliance with the labor regulation of the supervisor’s country and shall be subject to additional charges.
8.2. Works in several shifts might be performed, if requested by the Purchaser and agreed to with the Seller in writing, and are subject to the availability of additional supervisors and erection tools.

5.1. В случае неосуществления какого-либо платежа Покупателем в установленный срок, Продавец вправе начислить пеню на неоплаченную сумму в размере (как указано в Контракте) за период до момента осуществления полной оплаты (при расчете пени часть месяца считается как полный месяц).
6. ЦЕНОВЫЕ УСЛОВИЯ
6.1. Цены на исполнение Контракта твердо установлены на период 2010–2012 гг. (включительно), кроме случаев, к которым применимы условия разделов 1 и 12 Контракта.
7. ПРОИЗВОДСТВЕННЫЕ ИСПЫТАНИЯ
7.1. Покупателю предоставляются оформленные Протоколы стандартных испытаний, которые должны отвечать требованиям соответствующего стандарта Международной электротехнической комиссии (МЭК).
8. РАБОЧЕЕ ВРЕМЯ
8.1. Продленное рабочее время для специальностей, оговоренных в Приложении 1 к настоящему Контракту, может вводиться в соответствии с трудовым законодательством страны инспектора, и оплачивается дополнительно.
8.2. По запросу Покупателя и при условии согласования с Продавцом в письменной форме, работы могут выполняться в несколько смен при наличии дополнительных инспекторов и монтажного инструмента.

Demand for mineral wool remains stable despite a slumping construction market as government global warming strategies call for ever more efficient insulation products, Alison RRR reports
Environment, environment, environment; a recurring theme in the mineral wool industry. Whether it is the drive towards energy efficient and sustainable buildings or the recycling of raw materials and finished products, the environmental agenda is at the heart of many of the opportunities and challenges faced by the mineral wool industry.
Global markets for building insulation suffered last year as the worldwide economic crisis unravelled and the industry increasingly felt the pinch as construction activity declined during the year. In tandem, mineral wool producers felt the impact of higher raw material costs, including fuel. Across the board, many leading producers cut back supply and reduced investment levels in order to meet the lower levels of demand.
In 2009, certain markets have shown some signs of recovery and the industry can begin to look forward to a brighter future as environmental concerns should drive demand forward. This article reviews mineral wool markets, highlighting the major trends, and reviews some of the major players which shape the industry.

Экология, экология, экология – эта тема постоянно возникает в отрасли производства минеральной ваты. Независимо от того, идет ли речь об энергосберегающем и экологическом строительстве или о переработке сырья и готовых изделиях, тема охраны окружающей среды всегда находится в основе многочисленных перспектив и проблем, с которыми сталкивается отрасль производства минеральной ваты.
Вследствие глобального экономического кризиса мировые рынки теплоизоляции в прошлом году понесли убытки, и ситуация в отрасли все более усложнялась на фоне постоянного снижения активности в сфере строительства в течение года. Source text - English Mr. Bailey is a 62-year-old retired widow. For a long time, he was a professor of Fine Arts at the University of Victoria, but recently retired.
Over the years, Mr. Bailey has amassed considerable wealth, mainly due to shrewd investments in stocks and bonds, and a small fortune left by his mother years ago. Since he never had any children, investing money became a hobby for him. For almost 30 years now, he has been a loyal customer of New Union bank and has accumulated a sizable amount of money in that bank.
Over a period of three months, Mr. Bailey noticed his checking statements appeared to be mistakenly overdrawn. At first, he ignored the errors, but finally, he visited the bank to clarify the matter. The bank said there were a few glitches in the computer, but nothing to worry about. He was told the problem would be rectified.
One month later, he noticed the same mistake again.
During the third month, Mr. Bailey noticed the same errors again and became aggravated, and again, visited the bank in person. When he asked to speak to the Branch Manager, the Service Representative indicated that he would have to wait He sat down, and patiently wailed thirty minutes. Finally, he approached the Service Representative again who advised him that he would have to wait another hour because the Branch Manager was out to lunch.
At this point, Mr. Bailey became infuriated with the response he received from the Service Representative. When he attempted to explain that this was the third month in a row that his bank statements contained errors, the only response the Service Representative was able to provide was: "I see your point, but you should be more careful when balancing your checkbook, never trust these old computers!" Disgusted with how he was treated, Mr. Bailey exclaimed: "I can’t believe how you manage to keep your customers when you can't even properly operate a business," and stormed out.
In the end, the bank lost a loyal customer in Mr. Bailey — someone who had nearly half a million dollars invested in the bank!
Translation - Ukrainian Пан Бейлі — 62-річний пенсіонер-удівець. Протягом тривалого часу він працював професором образотворчого мистецтва в університеті Вікторії, однак нещодавно вийшов на пенсію.
За довгі роки пан Бейлі накопичив значний статок, головним чином, завдяки розважливому інвестуванню в акції та облігації, а також невеликій спадщині, залишеній його матір’ю багато років тому. Оскільки він ніколи не мав дітей, інвестування капіталу стало його хобі. На даний час вже майже 30 років він залишався лояльним клієнтом банку New Union і накопичив у цьому банку чималу суму грошей.
Протягом трьох місяців пан Бейлі помічав у своїх виписках з поточних рахунків помилкове перевищення кредиту. Спочатку він ігнорував помилки, однак зрештою навідався до банку, щоб з’ясувати це питання. В банку повідомили, що сталося кілька комп'ютерних збоїв, проте підстав для хвилювання немає. Йому сказали, що проблему буде усунуто.
За місяць він знову помітив таку ж саму помилку.
Протягом третього місяця пан Бейлі помітив ті ж самі помилки знову, роздратувався й знов прийшов до банку особисто. Коли він висловив бажання поговорити з управляючим філіалом, спеціаліст з обслуговування клієнтів сказав, що доведеться зачекати. Пан Бейлі сів і терпляче чекав протягом тридцяти хвилин. Зрештою, він знову підійшов до спеціаліста з обслуговування клієнтів, який повідомив, що доведеться зачекати ще годину, оскільки управляючий філіалом вийшов пообідати.
Цього разу відповідь спеціаліста з обслуговування клієнтів розлютила пана Бейлі. Коли він спробував пояснити, що вже третій місяць поспіль його банківські виписки містять помилки, єдиним, що спромігся відповісти спеціаліст з обслуговування клієнтів, було: «Я вас розумію, однак вам слід бути уважнішим, підбиваючи підсумки за чековою книжкою, — ніколи не довіряйте цим старим комп’ютерам!» Обурившись на таке ставлення, пан Бейлі вигукнув: «Я не розумію, як вам вдається утримувати клієнтів, якщо ви не здатні навіть вести справи належним чином», — і кинувся геть.
Зрештою, в особі пана Бейлі банк втратив лояльного клієнта — людину, яка інвестувала в банк майже півмільйона доларів!
