Translation - English A method for catalytic reforming of vinyl chloride, involving a preparation for vinyl chloride is disclosed. This method catalyst uses activated carbon as the carrier: with barium salt as the catalyst, and with activated carbon as the catalyst carrier. The barium salt is dissolved into water, and activated carbon is used as adsorption, it is dried, and this produces a catalyst with activated carbon as the carrier. The synthesis of vinyl chloride: Ethyne and dichloroethane steam are mixed and placed into a reactor containing a catalyst with activated carbon as the carrier. The output from the reaction is then cooled to room temperature, and after condensing the dichloroethane, the remaining gas is pressure cooled, and this produces liquid vinyl chloride. Using non-metallic mercury catalyst, can prevent the problem of mercury pollution from the vinyl chloride industry. It is a reaction that basically requires no energy consumption.

Translation - English The XXX platform includes three decks; these are the upper deck, the middle deck, and lower deck. Equipment such as gas turbine engines, dry-wet gas compressors and living quarters are located on the upper deck. There is a helipad on the living quarters building. Since the equipment layout on the upper deck is rather compact, the gas turbine exhaust easily impacts on the regular usage of the helipad. Thus, it is necessary to carry out a safety analysis and evaluation on the effect of the upper deck gas turbine exhaust on the operation of the helipad.
