I am a lover of languages, a gamer, and travel addict. I have an education in linguistics, intercultural communication, cultural science, and tourism. I have been doing English - Norwegian translation work since 2017. My educational background and gaming experience have enabled me to work with a variety of clients and to offer services ranging from translation and proofreading to linguistic reviews and quality assurance.

My special niches are tourism, gaming, and web content localization. These days I do a lot of website translation, ad copy, post-edit, and Facebook entertainment content, but my working experience goes far beyond that. To date, I have worked on projects including a wellness book, several websites (e-commerce, e-learning, dating), articles, subtitles, synopses, PC & Mobile games (indie, solitaire), apps (meal & workout plans, phone booster), emails, landing pages and quizzes. 

As a freelancer, I know my value and limits, and I never make promises I can't keep. I always try to accommodate my clients' needs and take constructive criticism to heart, striving to improve and do the best I can. With that said, I do not engage with companies that have questionable business ethics, liability clauses, or work in industries that I can’t support. I favor long-term commitments and tend to decline small, low-budget jobs.
