Bio:I am an experienced Lithuanian translator and native speaker of Lithuanian, last 6 years living and studying medicine in Germany. I used to work with translations of medical texts since 1999. I hold an University diploma in German and English Philology (5 years study, g...raduated 1996) and - as I
mentioned before and since my main specification field is medicine - I am studying human physiology and pathology at the School of Natural Medicine in Germany/Nuremberg now (3 years study, graduate end of 2013).
Since 2003, I translated a lot of medical texts for EMA and I am strong familiar with QRD-templates and requirements of this Agency. I have comprehensive knowledge in chemistry and biochemistry as well as in histology, too. I did a lot of translations for the manufacturers of pharmaceutical products, medical devices and documentation of clinical trials. I would like to attend this webinar, because I know the importance of the consistency in terminology and that of reliable sources and references, and the importance of being up-to-date with news of EMA.
