My name is Anne-Lise. I'm French living in the Alps and am an English to French translator.
I worked almost 4 ½ years as a customer service representative for a global outdoor company (Icebreaker merino clothing), which enabled me to get to know many diffe...rent cultures. I started working in Switzerland and then moved to Vancouver-Canada, where I covered eastern territories (Maritimes, Quebec and Ontario). Working daily in a bilingual environment helped me to improve my communication skills quite fast! I quitted in December 2012 to come back home in France to be a full time translator.
When I started this job, I quickly took over the reviews of the French translations and as time went by, I did more and more translations. I'm now the official translator for both Icebreaker HO and Icebreaker Canada. I also followed a translation class from February 2012 to April 2013.
