He keeps to-do lists to multitask and manage the flow of tasks, because he believes that everything needed to be done is not just work, but part of his life. Therefore when he looks at the results of the day’s work, he would not feel his life is misspent. By keeping track of everything in this way, he can prioritize and systematically deal with the logistics of events. Most of his former colleagues and supervisors remember him for his multitasking and organizing abilities.
