Во-первых, здесь это отнесено к статистике верно, на мой взгляд, так как именно в этом вопросе не детализируются заболевания, а только классифицируются по группам и соотношениям частот.
Уо-вторых "доля", а не "частота", несмотря на применение "частоты" в медицинской тематике, потому что именно здесь рассматривается уже совершившийся факт проведенного лечения и просто оценивается расклад по видам.
Хотя отторжения "частоты" нет, она тоже правомерна, в том числе и в чистой статистике.
