Aniu, w moim rozumieniu pion jest zbiorem działów (departments) o podobnym profilu (w tym przypadku finansowym), z reguły podległym wydzielonemu dyrektorowi. Section zarezerwowałbym dla sekcji (coś mniejszego od działu). Tak że pozostaje division. Ale może to tylko moje subiektywne odczucie:)
