Luego he encontrado:
Annualized interest income placed on a tax-equivalent basis as a percent of assets.

No sé si traducirlo como income placed on an equivalent basis?

equity method earnings; equity method profit (loss)

Explanation:

So how do you justify the answer you chose which is definitely not the translation and obviously not what you used in the translation????????????

Notes to answerer
Asker: Marian, although you are right about the consolidation part, my research indicates that puesto en equivalencia can be used either for the equity method or the net asset value method. http://ciberconta.unizar.es/LECCION/metpueq/100.HTM. I am grateful for your response because I used it to research the question further, and actually wrote a comment with the results to my client.

Asker: I translated it as 'income placed on an equivalent basis,' with a note, based on your response, which talked about how it was done, the fact that it referred to consolidation, whether with the equity or the net asset value method. Your response led me to an understanding of the concept, but I do not think you can just say 'equity method' to explain puesto en equivalencia.
