2012年5月20日 – 日経平均が9000割れ目前の時、プロ（といわれる人）でさえ、水準感で｢9000円を大きく割り込むことは考えにくい｣とか、何ら根拠のないことをいう人が多かった。

In the first instance (水準感について）"Market sentiment" works well, as it cover both forex rates and predictions about what the FOMC's would say.
In the second instance (水準感で「￥９０００」...) I thnk "market consensus" works better since it is a concrete value.

I do not think there is an equivalent term in English for stock trading. The text says that the even some of the “professional” traders say bla bla bla from their impression of price level without any ground.
