Appears straightforward, but just wondering if there's a standard translation for this term..

Thanks!

Market sentiment; market consensus

In the first instance (水準感について)"Market sentiment" works well, as it cover both forex rates and predictions about what the FOMC's would say.

In the second instance I thnk "market consensus" works better since it is a concrete value.
Peer comment(s):

agree Harry Oikawa : I was wrong. "Sentiment" should be the one. Could it be possbile to use "sentiment"for both?

Thanks. Yes, but in English its always best to avoid using the same word twice in a sentence. I think "market consensus" is the best among other phrasings, but others do exist (e.g. "market feeling").
agree Minoru Kuwahara : With market sentiment". It's "anticipation against Yen/US Dollar exchange market". I suppose the repetition of the term is still the commentator's personal sentiment. -

price level impression

I do not think there is an equivalent term in English for stock trading. The text says that the even some of the “professional” traders say bla bla bla from their impression of price level without any ground.

FYI

Sentiment

according to his reasonable market average sentiment

I'm not sure it's a well-established stock market term or just a old coinage because I’ve hardly encountered with that term ''水準感'', so
I dare to translate ; ''according to his reasonable market average sentiment''.
