Hi everyone,

I'm afraid I'm struggling again! Can anyone help me with the following, which is a heading in an Exel which specifies the budget for the development of a public policy on gender equality (more specifically, the organisation of a forum on women's equality).

"Primer Foro Zona de Consolidación en el marco de la conmemoración del día Internacional de la No Violencia Contra la Mujer"

The only other relevant context that I can provide is that there is a reference to the "Gerencia Regional de Consolidación Territorial" in Colombia as being the organisation responsible for running this forum. In this Excel there do seem to be a lot of 'de's missing so I suppose it's probably "primer foro de zona de consolidación" but I'm still not sure how to translate it.

My attempt: "First Forum in a Consolidation Zone" (This looks a bit strange I know!)

I found several instances on Colombian government websites against violence towards women where they were essentially talking about engaging different rural areas into peaceful processes. Alternatively, these areas could be called "Engagement Zones" because that is essentially what they are doing: engaging certain sectors in a process.

Just a suggestion... I attended several conferences and they never were "First/Second/Third Conference On...", but I Conference, II Conference, III Conference, so I suggest to translate it as "I Forum on Consolidation Zone in the framework on the International Day for the Elimitation of Violence against Women".
