The lingustic content of my posting actually points up an 'unfitting' or 'unbefitting' answer that you have ignored.

That apart, there is no indication that the asker has made any attempt to consult the glossaries, as is often complained about in many language directions.

Site Rule 2.1 (Guideline): "Help" KudoZ should be used for requesting terms help only after other resources have been exhausted. Resources available include the *KudoZ archives* (KudoZ > ProZ.com Term Search from the main menu), dictionaries, search engines, etc. If translations are found elsewhere and the decision to post a KudoZ question is made nevertheless, information found elsewhere should be included, along with an explanation of what further information is sought.

KudoZ rules clearly establish that no member may condition or limit any other member from posting on the forum. The only requirement is that the post must have a linguistically relevant content. I fail to find any linguistically relevant content in your post, sir.

Your assumption that the asker did not check the glossaries is unsupported and biased.

Your demand that the asker must justify his question has no linguistic value, and may be in violation of Kudoz Rules, but that, of course is the purview and prerogative of the moderators.

But first let us have confirmation from the asker that a token or assiduous effort has been made to search the glossaries and, if so, why the 101 answers found therein 'NO PROCEDEN' or have been found to be 'UN(BE)FITTING'.

Pero también hay espacio en los glosarios para otras acepciones. This particular use may or may not apply to those, or for this region. Let's not automatically assume that only one solution fits all, or that if it is in the glossary, it must be the solution.

Human languages, whichever they may be, are much more versatile than that!
