German term or phrase: St.
Hi,

The context is a list of parts, some sort of Index:

Beschreibung | Bestellnummer | St. |
-------------------------------------------------
Halteband | 000-1001 | 1 |
Nasenauflage | 000-1002 | 1 |
2x Contact Guard | 000-2003 | 1 |
Eyepieces | 400-1299 | 1 |

...and so on, to 30 parts

What is "St." in German?
Is it "Pieces" in English?
At first, I thought it is "Seite" but why it is all the same?

Thank you,

Ray

English translation:Quantity
Explanation:
You could say 'pieces' but I would go with 'quantity' in this case (without abbreviating it). Likely it is the same because in each case the quantity is '1'.

agree  writeaway: unit(s) works too as others have said since

neutral  philgoddard: It can't be "each", because this doesn't appear to be a pricelist. "Units", in the plural, would work.
