German term

Leistungsverrechnungsschlüssel

German to English Bus/Financial Business/Commerce (general) Mergers & Acquisitions
"Mit Verlagerung des Bereichs Auftragserfassung (schnellst möglich) erfolgt auch eine Leistungsverrechnung von X auf Y und Z. Kosten sowie Verrechnungsschlüssel müssen durch X definiert werden."

Also alone as a heading, i.e. "Leistungsverrechnungsschlüssel 2005: Customer Service"... Thanks!

internal allocation of costs

X provides internal services, and the services are charged to Y and Z.
At a guess, I would say that X is probably the parent company and provides central services for the Group. Y and Z are probably the subsidiaries, and perhaps they are even based in different countries (so this internal cost allocation could possibly be a way of shifting the Group's profit to the country where tax is lowest).

... and the \"schlüssel\" would be a key or ratio.
