Explanation:
Als "met atomic smiles" alleen de plustekens na het symbool v.h. element worden bedoeld (wat ik uit jouw context meen op te maken), bestaat daar in het nederlands geen afzonderlijke term voor

agree  Ron Willems: overtuigend! "by specifying atomic SMILES" = "in de SMILES-notatie", zou ik dan zeggen - dat "atomic" lijkt me hier wat misplaatst, om nog maar te zwijgen van niet-organische atomen (?!)
