Es handelt sich um einen GF-Vertrag, bei dem u. a. Folgendes festgelegt ist:
"In the event xx continues to be engaged as General Manager beyond xx months from the date herof: such engagement shall be deemed *at will* (i.e. the compensation due to the Manager and other benefits shall be as determined by mutual agreement of the parties)..."
'jederzeit kündbar' passt hier natürlich nicht (schon allein wegen der Ausführung in Klammern); außerdem wird dieses Recht im nächsten Satz hervorgehoben.
Hat jemand eine Ahnung, wie hier das *at will* (irgendwas mit 'nach Belieben'?) korrekt wiederzugeben ist?

Vorausgeschickt: Ich bin kein Jurist - begebe mich hier also auf Glatteis. Dieses "at will" ist möglicherweise ein Ausdruck, der an dieser Stelle im Originalvertrag nicht nur der Klarheit wegen erforderlich ist, sondern auch zur juristischen Absicherung - damit man tatsächlich jederzeit den Vertrag auflösen kann.
