English to German Law/Patents Law: Contract(s) Computer Access Policy

Policy:
The Company owns and operates computers, telecommunications systems, networks, and software to support its business activities. Examples are Electronic Message Transmissions, E-mail, Internet and Intranet technologies and data distribution using any available media. These tools, and the *work products* they contain, are Company property and are subject to Company control and review. It is the responsibility of all employees to use these resources in a prudent manner and for the benefit of the Company. Improper and unauthorized use of equipment, systems, networks, or software may expose the Company to losses of proprietary information and to legal and financial liability. An employee who acts inconsistently with this policy may be subject to disciplinary action, ranging from revocation of access to the electronic messaging systems up to and including termination of employment.
