Sapete dirmi se c'è una traduzione specifica per questo tipo di riquadro?
E' seguito da Box End, che penso sia semplicemente la "fine" del riquadro.
Si tratta di un comunicato stampa e questa è una delle sezioni dopo titolo, introduzione, corpo.

Non so dire se il testo sia stato scritto da un madrelingua inglese oppure sia una traduzione.

neutral  Tony Shargool: Scusami, Cora, ma mi risulta (10 anni in una rivista mensile) che manchette è un richiamo in sommario ad un'articolo presente nel corpo del periodico.

  -> ho collaborato per oltre 20 anni con un editore di riviste tecniche e confermo che si utilizzai l termine manchette anche per indicare un riquadro contenente altro testo, all'interno di un articolo o comunque di un testo. Evidentemente ci sono vari usi
