plait baguette

Explanation:
d'anglaisage means spliced, and plaited means something similar to spliced, so I think this is it. 9Assuming you mean baguette and not baquette)

selvedge trough

Explanation:
This might be wild and wacky, but in the context of furniture, "anglaisage" can mean "selvedge" which is a non-fraying fabric edge (usually woven but can also be glued).
I am taking "baquette" as a diminutive of "bac". ????
Hence: a trough for the purpose of creating glued selvedge edges.

Having said that, more context would be useful!

Try "anglésage"

Explanation:
Lexis defines:
angléser - Agrafer du tissu mural dans un angle au moyen de bandes de carton.
anglésage - 'Des bandes d'anglésage'

Which is what you see on video, on what looks like a bedhead, if you Google "anglaisage".

Of "anglaiser", Lexis says:
"Sectionner les muscles abaisseurs de la queue d'un cheval pour qu'elle se tienne horizontale".

(And it's the FRENCH that have a reputation as great lovers!)

Still working on the translation.

Anglésage n.m.
Technique permettant, lors de la pose d´un tissu mural, de dissimuler le raccordement des lés au niveau des angles.

Read all about it :

(it explains it all, though I cannot say I understand the full procedure!)

Chipboard? Shows how much they know about it in Canada!

papier hygiénique, essuie-tout, couches jetables; carton pour boîtes pliantes, carton couché et carton non couché, carton cannelé, carton à usage alimentaire, CARTON A ANGLESER, papier peint pour plinthe, carton multicouches, carton ondulé, papier couché, carton, feuilles, papier métallisé, papier laminé, papier ingraissable,

toilet paper, paper towels, disposable diapers; folding boxboard, coated and uncoated,
fluting, foodboard, CHIPBOARD, wallpaper baseboard, multi-layer board, corrugated board, coated paper, board, foil, metallized paper, laminated paper, grease proof paper

I reckon someone's got "chipboard" in their uncritical and uncriticized translation memory :
nommément cartons de bois bruts, enduits et plaqués, panneaux d’isorel, CARTONS A ANGLESER, panneaux laminés et contreplaqués, et contreplaqué à âme en bois sous forme travaillée et non travaillée;

namely raw, coated and veneered woodboards, hardboards, CHIPBOARDS, laminated and plywood boards and wood-core plywood in processed and non-processed form;

Now this is more like it:

Fixing device for a covering (9), especially a covering of a seat, comprising on the one hand a profiled section (1) having longitudinal slots (15), and on the other hand an EDGING WIRE (17, 17a) bent at at least two places to form fasteners (19, 19a) intended to cooperate with the slots, the fasteners (19, 19a) lying generally in a plane inclined to the axis of the EDGING WIRE (17, 17a)
