1.1 General
The plant is designed to carry out the following functions:
• Base load electric power production
• Variable electric power production, depending on the power required, that can vary between minimum load and maximum load and taking account of the district heating requirements
• District heating by utilization of the cogeneration capability of the Combined Cycle and Cogeneration Power Plant (CCPP) or by the back-up hot water boilers (HWB) (90 MWth ) in case of non- availability of the Combined Cycle.
• District heating peak loads can be met by cogeneration operation (90 MWth) and with back-up hot water boilers (90 MWth).
• Running of the CCPP in case of non-operating steam turbine (“by-pass” operation mode) for a limited time
In order to carry out the above-mentioned functions, the CCPP will consist of 2 single fuel gas turbines “GT”, 2 heat recovery steam generators “HRSG”, 1 condensing/ extraction steam turbine “ST”, ancillary equipment and standby facilities for the district heating consisting of two hot water boilers.
The CCPP is expected to operate with 5700 full load hours per year (in a range of 4500 to 8000 full load hours per year). The CCPP will be capable of both “base load” and “cycling” operation; weekly and daily start and stop operation mode with the following number of cycles per year.
• Cold starts > 48 h shutdown: 1
• Warm starts < 48 h and > 8 h shutdown: 22
• Hot starts < 8 h shutdown: 88
The plant will be designed to be connected to the national electrical grid and will be capable to participate both to primary and secondary control of grid frequency and voltage. In case of separation from national electric network, the plant will shutdown safely, black start capability or island mode are not provided.
The plant arrangement foresees necessary lay down area in order to undertake maintenance.

1.1 Opće
Postrojenje je projektovano da izvrši sljedeće funkcije:
• Proizvodnja električne energije osnovnog opterećenja
• Varijabilna proizvodnja električne energije, zavisno od tražene energije, koja može varirati između minimalnog opterećenja i maksimalnog opterećenja a uzimajući u obzir zahtjeve grijanja oblasti.
• Grijanje oblasti korištenjem sposobnosti uzajamne generacije u elektrani kombiniranog ciklusa i uzajamne generacije (EKC) ili korištenjem pričuvnih bojlera sa vrelom vodom (BVV) (90 MWth ) u slučaju nedostupnosti kombiniranog ciklusa..
• Zahtjevi za maksimalnim opterećenjem grijanja oblasti mogu biti ispunjeni sa radom uzajamne generacije (90 MWth) i sa pričuvnim bojlerima sa vrelom vodom (90 MWth).
• Pokretanje EKC u slučaju neaktivne parne turbine ("premosni" način rada) u ograničenom vremenskom rasponu.
U namjeri da se izvrše gore navedene funkcije, EKC će se sastojati od dvije plinske turbine (PT) sa jednim gorivom, dva generatora pare za povrat topline (HRSG), jednog parne turbine (PT) za kondenzaciju/ ekstrakciju, pomoćne opreme i pričuvnih postrojenja za grijanje oblasti koja se sastoje od dva bojlera sa vrelom vodom.
Od EKC se očekuje da radi sa 5700 sati pod punim opterećenjem po jednoj godini (u rasponu od 4500 do 8000 sati pod punim opterećenjem po jednoj godini). EKC će biti sposobna za oboje, i za operaciju "osnovnog opterećenja" i za "ciklus": sedmični i dnevni način rada pokretanja i zaustavljanja sa sljedećim brojem ciklusa po jednoj godini.
• Hladno pokretanje > 48 sati gašenje: 1
• Toplo pokretanje < 48 sati i > 8 sati gašenje: 22
• Vrelo pokretanje > 8 sati gašenje: 88
Postrojenje će biti projektovano tako da bude povezano sa nacionalnom električnom mrežom i biće sposobno da sudjeluje i u primarnoj i u sekundarnoj kontroli frekvencije i napona mreže. U slučaju izdvajanja iz nacionalne električne mreže, postrojenje će se gasiti sa sigurnošću, sposobnost pokretanja bez vanjskog napona ili autonomni način nisu obezbijeđeni.
Raspored postrojenja predviđa neophodni prostor radnog poda u svrhu preduzimanja rada na održavanju.
