Source text - Bosnian Tužilaštvo je predložilo određivanje pritvora osumnjičenim iz razloga predviđenih u članu 146. stav 1. tačka a) ZKP FBIH. Odredbom člana 146. stav 1. tačka a) ZKPFBIH je propisano da se pritvor može odrediti osumnjičenom ako se krije ili ako postoje druge okolnosti koje ukazuju na opasnost od bjegstva. U konkretnom slučaju je sud utvrdio da su oba osumnjičena državljani XYZ, da nemaju državljanstvo BiH, prijavljeno prebivalište niti boravište u BiH, te da se nisu čak ni prijavili nadležnoj Službi za strance BIH za vrijeme boravka u BIH. Osim toga iz izjava osumnjičenih proizilazi da oni nemaju adresu na kojoj borave u BIH, nego da često mjenjaju hotele u kojima spavaju, te da su do sada promjenili pet hotela. Kada se uzmu u obzir navedene okolnosti u vezi sa utvrđenjem postojanja osnovane sumnje da su počinili predmetno krivično djelo, te imajući u vidu opće poznatu okolnost da Rumunija ne izručuje svoje državljane BIH, te da iz pomenutih okolnosti proizilazi da osumnjičeni nemaju nikakvu trajniju vezu sa BIH, sud zaključuje da postoji realna opasnost da bi osumnjičeni u slučaju puštanja na slobodu napustili BIH i na taj način izbjegli vođenje krivičnog postupka protiv njih. Ovo po ocjeni suda predstavlja okolnosti koje ukazuju na opasnost od bjekstva osumnjičenih, zbog čega je osnovan prijedlog tužilaštva da im se u smislu člana 146.stav 1. točka a) ZKPFBIH odredi mjera pritvora u trajanju od 1 (jedan) mjesec dana.
Translation - English The Prosecutor's Office made a motion for custody order against the suspects based on the provision set forth in Article 146, Paragraph 1, Item a) CCP FBiH which regulates that custody may be ordered to a suspect if he/she is in hiding or if there are other circumstances indicating danger of his/her flight. In this particular case the Court established a fact that the both suspects are XZY citizens, that they don't have BiH citizenship, permanent or temporary residence in BiH, and that they did not report their stay in the Service for Foreigners' Affairs in BiH during their stay in BiH. Besides, from the statements of the suspects it follows that they don't have an address they reside on in BiH, but they often change hotels in which they sleep over and that they changed 5 hotels until now. Taking into consideration the said circumstances in relation to establish grounded suspicion that they perpetuated the crime in matter and having in mind that Romania does not extradite its citizens to BiH, and that the suspects, based on the aforementioned circumstances, do not have any permanent bondage to BiH, the Court concludes that there is a real threat of the suspects leaving BiH in case that they get released thereby avoiding criminal proceeding against them. By the evaluation of the Court these presented circumstances point to the threat of flight of the suspects, which therefore makes the motion of the Prosecutors' Office to order custody as set forth in Article 146, Paragraph 1, Item a) for the duration of 1 (one) month justified.

Izuzetno, za dozvoljene granične vrijednosti koncentracije opasnih i štetnih materija u tehnološkim otpadnim vodama koje se ispuštaju u sistem javne kanalizacije utvrđene u tabeli 1 iz člana 3. Ovog Pravilnika, mogu se odrediti i drugačije vrijednosti I to za:
• BPK, KPK, ukupni fosfor I ukupni azot ako system javne kanalizacije ima uređaj za tretman otpadnih voda na kojem se, i uz drugačije određene vrijednosti za navedene pokazatelje i materije, postiže stepen prečišćavanja u skladu sa ovim Pravilnikom,
• Sulfate, zavisno od materijala od kojeg je izgrađen sistem javne kanalizacije,
• Opasne materije (metali i nemetali) ako zbir omjera njihove najveće izmjerene koncentracije prema njihovoj dopuštenoj koncentraciji (granične vrijednosti za:As, Cr, Cu, Ni, Pb, Se, Zn) u tehnološkim otpadnim vodama nije veći od 3 (tri) uz uvjet da izmjerena koncentracija svake pojedine opasne materije ne smije prelaziti dopuštenu graničnu vrijednost datu u Tabeli 1. Iz člana 3. Ovog Pravilnika.
Drugačije vrijednosti utvrđene odredbama alineje 1, 2 i 3 stava ovog člana određuju se aktom upravitelja sistema javne kanalizacije.
Translation - English Article 7
Exceptionally, for permitted hazardous and noxious substances threshold values relating to industrial waste waters that are discharged into public sewerage system as defined in the Table 1, other values can be defined as follows:
- BPK5, KPK, total phosphorus and total nitrogen, in case that system has a device for waste water treatment by which, even with differently defined values for referred indicators and substances, is achieved the level of filtration in accordance with this Book of Rules,
- sulfates, depending on material of which is built a system of public sewerage,
- hazardous materials (metals and nonmetals) if the total of their highest measured concentration, according to their permitted concentration (threshold values for As, Cr, Cu, Ni, Pb, Se, Zn) in industrial waste waters, is not higher than 3 (three), given that the measured concentration of each individual hazardous material must not exceed permitted threshold value as shown in the Table 1 of the Article 3 of this Book of Rule.
Different values, as foreseen by the regulations in lines 1, 2 and 3 of this Article, shall be defined by a decision of the Manager of public sewerage system.

• A special precaution is necessary in patients with severe renal impairment or on a haemodialysis, since elevated aluminium and/or magnesium concentrations may result in manifestation of toxicity of aluminium and/or magnesium.
• Pregnant women and nursing mothers should avoid longer administration of antacids, due to their possible accumulation and consequential manifestation of toxicity. Caution is necessary also in the elderly, patients with concomitant disorders of minerals metabolism in the bones, persons inclined to drink alcohol, growing children, and undernourished persons.
• Xxxxxx tablets should cautiously be administered in patients that were treated with nonsteroid anti-inflammatory medicines, since administration of antacids may mask the existence of gastrointestinal bleedings ad severe mucosal impairments

• Poseban oprez je potreban kod pacijenata s teškim oštećenjem bubrega ili koji su na hemodijalizi, s obzirom da povećane koncentracije aluminija i/ili magnezija mogu rezultirati ispoljavanjem toksiciteta aluminija i/ili magnezija.
• Trudnice i dojilje trebaju izbjegavati dužu primjenu antacida, zbog moguće akumulacije istih i posljedičnog ispoljavanja toksiciteta. Oprez je potreban i kod starijih, pacijenata sa konkomitentnim poremećajima metabolizma minerala u kostima, osoba sklonih alkoholu, djece u razvoju, neuhranjenih osoba i osoba s malnutricijom.
• Xxxxx tablete treba s oprezom primjenjivati kod pacijenata koji su liječeni nesteroidnim antiinflamatornim lijekovima, jer primjena antacida može maskirati postojanje gastrointestinalnog krvarenja i težih oštećenja sluznice.
