Source text - English SENTENCIA No XX
VISTOS: Para sentencia definitiva de primera instancia estos autos caratulados "(nombre) c/ (nombre), divorcio sola voluntad”, ficha XX.
RESULTANDO: 1) Que en estos autos comparece la actora solicitando la disolución del vínculo matrimonial por su sola voluntad (Art. 187 inc. 3o del C. Civil).
2) Se celebraron las audiencias correspondientes, donde la compareciente mantuvo su voluntad de divorciarse.
3) Obran en autos testimonios de partida de matrimonio de los cónyuges y de nacimiento de los menores hijos, respecto de los cuales se dio cumplimiento a los extremos de los Arts. 350.1 del C. G. P. y 167 del C. Civil.
IV) El Ministerio Público se expidió favorablemente.
CONSIDERANDO: El hecho encuadra dentro de la figura del Art. 187 inciso 3° del C. Civil, por lo que se acogerá la demanda sin condenaciones especiales, por no encontrarse mérito para ello (Arts. 56 del C. G. P. y 688 del C. Civil).
Por lo expuesto, las disposiciones legales citadas y lo dispuesto por los Arts. 197, 198, 337 y sigts. del C. G. P.,
FALLO: Decrétase la disolución del vínculo matrimonial existente entre la Sra. (nombre) y el Sr. (nombre). Consentida o ejecutoriada, expídanse testimonios, comuníquese y oportunamente archívese.

With reference to divorce judgment in first instance in re “(name) c/(name), divorcio sola voluntad” ((name) C/(name), divorce by sole will), docket no. XX.
WHEREAS: 1) In these proceedings the plaintiff filed an appearance for the dissolution of marriage by her sole will (Section 187, paragraph 3 of the Civil Code).
2) The required hearings, in which the plaintiff sustained her intention to be granted with the divorce, were conducted.
3) In the proceedings there are certified copies of the spouses’ marriage certificate and the underage children’s birth certificates pursuant to Section 350.1 of the General Code of Procedure and Section 167 of the Civil Code.
4) The State Attorney issued a favorable advisory opinion.
WHEREAS: The act is based on the grounds contemplated in Section 187, paragraph 3 of the Civil Code. Thus, the marriage is hereby dissolved without attribution of fault and charges (Section 56 of the General Code of Procedure and Section 688 of the Civil Code)
Pursuant to what is set forth hereinabove and the mentioned legal provisions and Sections 197, 198, 337 and following of the General Code of Procedure:
JUDGMENT: The marriage between (name) and (name) is hereby dissolved. Once final, the certified copies are to be issued, communicated and duly filed.
