Comme nous l’avions promis dans une lettre précédente nous vous informons que la mise en place du nouveau système d’affichage pour les annonces vedettes est effective. Celles-ci sont maintenant mises à jour automatiquement et vous pouvez même accéder à un catalogue complet de toutes ces annonces sélectionnées. Dépêchez-vous d’aller les voir, car il y en a qui sont vraiment particulièrement attractives. Les meilleures partent toujours en premier.
L’année 2005 a finalement été un bon millésime. Le site trouve sa vitesse de croisière avec près de 650 membres et 5000 annonces en cours. Les 2/3 de ce nombre d’annonces ont déjà trouvé un preneur, ce qui veut dire que le taux de renouvellement sur Philaclub est certainement plus performant que sur beaucoup de sites similaires.
Si vous avez des « affaires » à proposer, n’hésitez pas à venir nous rejoindre. As we mentioned in a previous letter the new system of “star” announcements is working well. These are now brought up to date automatically and you can even access a complete catalogue of all these select announcements. Look at them soon, as there are some attractive offers. The best always disappear first.
Year 2005 was a very good year! The site is finding its own pace: it has nearly 650 members and 5,000 announcements. Two-thirds of the announcements have already been taken up; this is a much better showing than that by other similar sites. If you have more “interesting proprosals” to make, don’t hesitate to rejoin our site. You will benefit from a permanently low membership rate, enabling you to remain an active member of the company and take part in its development. These fees are used to provide you with a quick, reliable home page as well as a skilled programmer careful to ensure the maintenance and technical improvement of our site during its continued expansion.
