The branched chain amino acids (BCAAs) are leucine, valine and isoleucine. A multi-million dollar industry of nutritional supplements has grown around the concept that dietary supplements of BCAAs alone produce an anabolic response in humans driven by a stimulation of muscle protein synthesis. In this brief review the theoretical and empirical bases for that claim are discussed. Theoretically, the maximal stimulation of muscle protein synthesis in the post-absorptive state in response to BCAAs alone is the difference between muscle protein breakdown and muscle protein synthesis (about 30% greater than synthesis), because the other EAAs required for synthesis of new protein can only be derived from muscle protein breakdown. Realistically, a maximal increase in muscle protein synthesis of 30% is an over-estimate because the obligatory oxidation of EAAs can never be completely suppressed. An extensive search of the literature has revealed no studies in human subjects in which the response of muscle protein synthesis to orally-ingested BCAAs alone was quantified, and only two studies in which the effect of intravenously infused BCAAs alone was assessed. Both of these intravenous infusion studies found that BCAAs decreased muscle protein synthesis as well as protein breakdown, meaning a decrease in muscle protein turnover. The catabolic state in which the rate of muscle protein breakdown exceeded the rate of muscle protein synthesis persisted during BCAA infusion. We conclude that the claim that consumption of dietary BCAAs stimulates muscle protein synthesis or produces an anabolic response in human subjects is unwarranted.
There are a total of twenty amino acids that comprise muscle protein. Nine of the twenty are considered essential amino acids (EAAs), meaning they cannot be produced by the body in physiologically significant amounts, and therefore are crucial components of a balanced diet. Muscle protein is in a constant state of turnover, meaning that protein synthesis is occurring continuously to replace protein lost as a consequence of protein breakdown. For synthesis of new muscle protein, all the EAAs, along with the eleven non-essential amino acids (NEAAs) that can be produced in the body, must be present in adequate amounts. The branched-chain amino acids leucine, isoleucine and valine are three of the nine EAAs. Leucine is not only a precursor for muscle protein synthesis, but also may play a role as a regulator of intracellular signaling pathways that are involved in the process of protein synthesis.

Source text - English CROSS BORDER TRADE AND POVERTY ALLEVIATION AMONG FEMALE SARDINES TRADERS IN MWANZA REGION:
Tanzania was ranked number one out of 115 countries in terms of women economic participation (World Bank, 2007). Most of these women own businesses such as informal food vendors (“mama-lishe”), small restaurants, fruit and vegetable vendors, public transport operators (called “Daladala” in Dar es Salaam, “Vipanya” in Arusha and “Express” in Mwanza regions), hair-dressers/barbers, traditional carvings, catering services, baskets and mats manufacturers, etc.
It is believed and has been proved worldwide that women are very instrumental in social economic development and hence having a crucial role in poverty alleviation (Little, 2007). Cross Border Trade involves a greater number of female than male entrepreneurs, consequently has a great contribution in promoting and empowering women towards community development in many parts of Africa, Southern Sahara, and Tanzania in particular. It is not only a source of income for people to meet their daily household commitments and other basic needs but also as a source of employment (Banda, 2010). In Tanzania, Cross Border Trade seems to be done by women and appears to be big, dominated by an increasing number of young female operators with age group of 10-39 years and mostly found in the trade/restaurant/hotel sub-sector (UNDP, 2002). Consequently, it contributes a lot to the country’s economic growth. Realizing the importance of this contribution, some efforts were made to support women in African countries South of Sahara to arrive at a best baseline programs in each sub-region through studies.
Some of these programs were to;
(1) Support the Involvement in Informal Cross Border Trade: A Case of Women Entrepreneurs in Tanzania 1524 coalitions and organizations of women Cross Border Trade;
(2)Enhance leadership, commitment, and accountability;
(3)Ensure the visibility of women contribution to employment and wealth creation aimed at reducing poverty;
(4)Disseminate best practices to support women and fight stigmatization and violence.
Nyamizi Kabalega, is a 43 years old female, a primary school leaver and a single mother with four children from Ilemela Mwanza. She is among the few successful Cross Border Traders who exports Sardines up to 20 tones per week to countries like Rwanda, Burundi and DRC.
Nyamizi Kabalega, before reaching a level of exporting sardines, she used to be a laborer in Mwaloni Fish Market, being paid a wage of TZS 4,000/- to 5,000/- per day, according to the work done.
Her main work was to dry the sardines, removing unwanted wastes, and packing the sardines into sacks. She was able to pack 10 - 15 sacks a day. Discipline and hard working, helped her to reach where she wanted for so long time. The small amount that she earned per day, was enough to meet her needs and children too also to save some amount remained.
From the saved amount, its where she got a capital to start the business she is doing by now. She later took loan from CRDB Bank, which boosted her so much and by now she have capital estimated amount of TZS 10,000,000/- which helps her to trade outside the countries.
The business helped Nyamizi to build a fine two villa houses at Nyegezi kona, paying school fees to her all Children, driving a descent Black Toyota Vanguard, and having more than twenty laborers who work for her. Nyamizi’s experience is an inspiration to many women who struggling to earn their living in cumbersome situations, so that they may utilize the opportunities they have and take advantage of Cross Border Trade to generate income, create employment and uplift their socioeconomic status including poverty reduction.
Nyamizi’s quote;
“My Husband left me with four children, and I was hopeless. No one was there to help me raising my children. Not my relatives nor His. It is through painful struggles that put me where I am today. I thank Almighty God, who strengthen me and leaded me through all tiresome passes I went through all the years. I encourage my fellow women to keep it up and focus by having true determinations of where they want to reach. “Work as a slave, to live as a king” is a say I would like to dedicate to all Women out there.”

(3)Kuhakikisha kujulikana kwa mchango wa wanawake katika ajira na uzalishaji mali unaolenga kupunguza umaskini;
(4)Kuongeza mazoea bora ya kusaidia wanawake na kupambana na unyanyapaaji pamoja na unyanyasaji.
Nyamizi Kabalega, ni mwanamke wa miaka 43, aliyeishia elimu ya shule ya msingi, anayeishi pekee yake na watoto wake wanne Ilemela Mwanza. Yeye ni miongoni mwa Wafanyabiashara wachache waliofanikiwa wa Mpakani ambao husafirisha dagaa hadi tani 20 kwa wiki kwenda nchi kama Rwanda, Burundi na DRC.
Nyamizi Kabalega, kabla ya kufikia kiwango cha kusafirisha dagaa nje ya nchi, alikuwa kibarua katika Soko la Samaki la Mwaloni, akilipwa posho ya TZS 4,000 / - hadi 5,000 / - kwa siku, kulingana na kazi iliyofanywa.
Kazi yake kuu ilikuwa kukausha dagaa, kuondoa taka zisizohitajika, na kupakia dagaa kwenye magunia. Aliweza kupakia magunia 10 - 15 kwa siku. Music is a supporting component of many kinds of entertainment and most kinds of performance.
For example, it is used to enhance storytelling, it is indispensable in dance and opera, and is usually incorporated into dramatic film or theatre productions.
Music is also a universal and popular type of entertainment on its own, constituting an entire performance such as when concerts are given.
Depending on the rhythm, instrument, performance and style, music is divided into many genres, such as classical, jazz, folk, rock, pop music or traditional.
Since the 20th century, performed music, once available only to those who could pay for the performers, has been available cheaply to individuals by the entertainment industry which broadcasts it or pre-records it for sale.
The wide variety of musical performances, whether or not they are artificially amplified, all provide entertainment irrespective of whether the performance is from soloists, choral or orchestral groups, or ensemble.
Live performances use specialized venues, which might be small or large; indoors or outdoors; free or expensive.
The audiences have different expectations of the performers as well as of their own role in the performance.
For example, some audiences expect to listen silently and are entertained by the excellence of the music, its rendition or its interpretation.
Other audiences of live performances are entertained by the ambience and the chance to participate.
Even more listeners are entertained by pre-recorded music and listen privately.

These are glossary collection, translation, editing, proofreading, quality assurance, and reverting the translated document to its original design/appearance with a 99% accuracy level, thus no need to pass the documents to the third part for proofreading, editing, or any other task because they are all done already. Any document weighing 3,000 words can be translated within eight hours a day.
