I am a translator and a teacher (Chinese-English-Polish) with a linguistic academic background.

Polish language is my mother tongue.

I have graduated Chinese studies faculty at Warsaw University in Poland with Master's degree, therefore I am confident that I can apply all the rules of translation from and to Chinese. While studying, oftentimes I volunteered to help and translate for Chinese students who came to my country. Also, while on a year-long scholarship in China, I had an amazing opportunity to live closely, observe, talk to and surround myself with Chinese people - this experience definitely broadened my understanding of local people's mentality and improved my Chinese-speaking skills.

What is more, thanks to my experience in teaching languages (Chinese, English, rarely Polish) over the years (usually through one-to-one lessons), I have gained confidence in transfering organized, well-studied and prepared knowledge which my students need to learn a new language. I have noticed that the more I teach, the more creative it makes me and the more I learn, myself.

Additionally, as a Business Travel Consultant, I worked for business partners from around the world and communicated in English, thus my speaking, writing and listening skills in that language are high and professionally polished. Just last year, in January 2020, I have received CAE (Cambridge English Assessment Certificate in Advanced English) and obtained the highest grade A.  

Now, I would love to focus on translations. With my cultural & linguistic background, I am confident my work will be relevant, reliable, culturally correct and always on time.
