TeleHelp Ukraine (https://telehelpukraine.com) is a nonprofit organization providing unlimited free, quality medical and mental health telemedicine appointments to anyone located in Ukraine (or Poland).

We are a team of over 100 volunteers, interpreters included, and have over 100 licensed clinicians, psychologists, psychiatrists, and therapists from around the world who have provided over 1,500 telemedicine appointments since April 2022 on a confidential HIPAA-compliant platform.

TeleHelp Ukraine has also been partnering with on-ground mobile clinics driving into remote regions in eastern Ukraine to serve the remaining local residents, many of whom are elderly and haven’t received medical care for over 1.5 years.

We currently need more volunteers to keep up with the growing demand by providing additional help as interpreters and medical translators (EN+UA or EN+RU speaking). Other volunteer positions in clinical and non-clinical roles are also available such as non-medical translators, web developers, internal operations, etc.

The volunteer work does not have any minimum time commitment, the hours are flexible, and the work can be done from the comfort of your home.

Our patients are grateful for the service we provide and many come back for multiple appointments in different specialties. Here is a small selection of patient reviews translated from Ukrainian to English.
