Mezclar los ingredientes y dejar estar una noche a temperatura ambiente a no más de 25 °C. Al día siguiente colocar el frasco en el autoclave y realizar dos ciclos consecutivos: el primero 90 min a 100°C y el segundo 50 min a 100°C. Al finalizar ambos ciclos retirar el frasco del autoclave y agitar la solución a 430 ppm durante no menos de 15 minutos, fraccionar en viales y esterilizar por autoclave 15 min a 121ºC.
Translation - Spanish Preparation of Stock Solution of Lecithin and Tween 80:

Mix ingredients and leave to settle overnight at room temperature at not more than 25 °C. Next day, place the flask in autoclave and perform two consecutive cycles: the first one 90 min at 100°C and the second one 50 min at 100°C. After finishing both cycles, withdraw the flask from autoclave and shake the solution at 430 ppm during at least 15 minutes, split in vials and sterilize by autoclave 15 min at 121ºC.
