1Die Vertragsparteien können abweichend von den in der Verordnung vorgeschriebenen Honorarermittlungen schriftlich bei Auftragserteilung vereinbaren, daß das Honorar auf der Grundlage einer nachprüfbaren Ermittlung der voraussichtlichen Herstellungskosten nach Kostenberechnung oder nach Kostenanschlag berechnet wird. 2Soweit auf Veranlassung des Auftraggebers Mehrleistungen des Auftragnehmers erforderlich werden, sind diese Mehrleistungen zusätzlich zu honorieren. 3Verlängert sich die Planungs- und Bauzeit wesentlich durch Umstände, die der Auftragnehmer nicht zu vertreten hat, kann für die dadurch verursachten Mehraufwendungen ein zusätzliches Honorar vereinbart werden.
