This free card enables convertible points to be accumulated. The cardholder accumulates two Club points for each EUR spent at Hotel 1, Hotel 2, Hotel 3, and Hotel 4 and one Club point for each EUR spent at X hotels and Y hotels, provided that the turnover spent qualify for points.
The loyalty card enables “Platinum and Gold” cardholders to take advantage of benefits exclusively at Hotel 1, Hotel 2 and Hotel 3. It offers cardholders reservation guarantees, late departure at no additional cost, an upgrade depending on availability on arrival, welcome gift and welcome drink. “Silver, Platinum or Gold” cardholders spend more than ten nights or 2,500 points/year, according to a predefined grid, which shall be explained to you in training sessions.
The turnover used to calculate points corresponds to the turnover (excluding hotel paid outs) generated by the cardholder, to the exclusion of turnover generated by non-qualifying rates (e.g. tour operating rates) and/or non-qualifying channels. Precise information shall be provided to you by Company’s teams responsible for managing the program during training sessions.
Use of a loyalty card results in the hotel’s payment:
• 5.5% of the amount (excluding VAT) paid by the cardholder for the Hotel 1 and Hotel 2 brands,
• 4,5% of the amount (excluding VAT) paid by the cardholder for the Hotel 3 and Hotel 4 brands
• 3,0% of the amount (excluding VAT) paid by the cardholder for the X hotel and Y hotel brands.

Esta tarjeta es de carácter gratuito y acumula puntos que pueden canjearse. Su titular acumula dos puntos Club por cada euro que gasta en los hoteles 1, 2, 3 y 4; y un punto Club por cada euro que gasta en los hoteles X e Y, siempre que el volumen de consumo califique para obtener puntos.
La tarjeta de fidelización permite a los titulares de tarjetas “Platinum” y “Gold” aprovechar los beneficios que se ofrecen exclusivamente en los hoteles 1, 2 y 3: garantía de reserva para el titular, horario de salida extendido sin costo adicional, otorgamiento de categoría superior sujeto a disponibilidad al momento de registrarse, y obsequio y trago de bienvenida. Los titulares de tarjetas “Silver”, “Platinum” o “Gold” son los que consumen el equivalente a diez noches o 2500 puntos por año, según una tabla previamente definida, que les explicaremos en la capacitación.
El volumen de consumo que se considera para calcular los puntos corresponde al consumo que genera el titular de la tarjeta (sin incluir las liquidaciones del hotel), excluyendo el consumo generado por tarifas que no califiquen (por ejemplo, tarifas de operadores turísticos) y/o canales que no entran dentro del programa. Los equipos de la compañía responsables del programa les darán información precisa durante la capacitación.
Al momento de liquidar la estadía en el hotel, tener una tarjeta de fidelización generará el siguiente beneficio:

Source text - English La citicolina es utilizada de manera eficaz por las células cerebrales para sintetizar lípidos de membrana, donde no sólo incrementa la síntesis de fosfolípidos sino que, además, inhibe su degradación. En ratas, se ha observado que a las 24 horas de la administración de una dosis oral marcada radiactivamente, el 0,25% de la dosis total se encuentra en el cerebro, principalmente incorporada a los fosfolípidos de las membranas plasmáticas.
Durante la isquemia, la fosfatidilcolina de las membranas celulares se degrada a ácidos grasos libres que pueden generar radicales libres y aumentar el daño neuronal. La administración exógena de citicolina en animales reduce la lesión de las membranas neuronales a través del aumento en la síntesis de fosfolípidos y la disminución de los niveles de ácidos grasos libres, con lo que impide la progresión de la lesión isquémica y mejora de la función neurológica.
Translation - Spanish Citicoline is efficiently used by brain cells for membrane lipids synthesis, and not only increases the phospholipids synthesis but also inhibits their degradation. After 24 hours of radiactively labelled oral administration in rats, it was observed that 0,25% of the total dose was in the brain, mainly incorporated into plasma membrane phospholipids.
During ischemia, phosphatidylcholine of cellular membranes degrades to free fatty acids that can generate free radicals and increase neuronal damage. Exogenous administration of citicoline in animals reduces neuronal membrane damage by accelerating synthesis of phospholipids and reducing free fat acid buildup, which prevents ischemic injury from progressing and improves neurological functions.
