Testo originale - Italiano Chi opera sui GENERATORI di VAPORE deve conoscere ed accettare le responsabilità che ne derivano; non solo per quanto concerne le apparecchiature, ma soprattutto per l’impianto e per la sicurezza del personale che vi opera. La conoscenza dei componenti e dei dati tecnici d’impianto é necessaria per operare in modo sicuro e corretto. Questa preparazione, si ottiene con uno studio metodico ed accurato dell’impianto, dei disegni e dei manuali d’istruzione e soprattutto con accurate ispezioni e supervisioni all’impianto. E’ cura dell’operatore prendere atto delle procedure riguardanti la sicurezza, le ispezioni di pre avviamento e le operazioni d’avviamento e di fermata.
Si è verificata nella fase di montaggio della zona stacker, una realizzazione errata delle canalizzazioni per i cavi ed una relativa posa promiscua dei cavi di segnale e potenza. I cavi di segnale e potenza vanno tenuti separati per evitare che vi siano interferenze tra i 2 livelli energetici che possano creare disturbi ai segnali, come indicato nei nostri disegni e nelle specifiche di progetto. Di conseguenza si dovrà procedere alla posa nella canalizzazione attuale di un separatore che crei una partizione del canale esistente per posarvi i cavi di segnale. Tale partitore non è stato installato solo nella zona stacker ed uscita pacchi. Nel resto dell’impianto si hanno invece delle canaline separate per cavi di potenza e segnale. Da un controllo generale ho potuto appurare che questa separazione è stata rispettata quasi sempre nel resto dell’impianto tranne in alcune situazioni particolari che saranno da sistemare, nel particolar caso ho verificato la presenza di un cavo profibus insieme ai cavi del motore nella canalizzazione principale a monte delle braccia rotanti, ed un secondo caso di un cavo telefonico posato con i cavi motore nella condotta cavi principale sotto alla cabina elettrica. Si dovrà dunque procedere ad un ulteriore controllo molto più accurato ed individuare quei cavi posati erroneamente e provvedere al loro spostamento nella giusta partizione di canale. I cavi poi nelle canale della zona stacker sono posati in maniera disordinata di modo che lo spazio nella canala è male sfruttato e in alcuni punti, appunto a causa del mancato fissaggio dei cavi e della posa attorcigliata, non si riesce a chiudere il coperchio del canale stesso.

People operating STEAM GENERATORS have to know and accept the responsibilities that come with it; not only relating to the machinery itself but especially for the installation as a whole and for the security of the workers operating it.
Knowing all the components and technical specifications of the plant is necessary for its safe and correct operation.
This know-how is obtained by an accurate and methodical study of the whole plant, of its plans and instruction manuals and especially with accurate inspection and supervision of the whole installation.
It is the operator’s job to take note of the security procedures, the pre-start up inspections and the start up and shut down operations.
We have observed that in the assembling of the stacker area some of the cables have been installed in the ducts incorrectly and some power and signal cables mixed together.
Signal and power cables have to be kept separate to avoid interference between the two energy levels that can cause distortions to the signals. This was shown in our drawings and in the project specifications.
As a consequence it is necessary to fit within the existing cable ducts a separator to create a partition to be able to install signal cables. It was only in the stacker area that this separator wasn’t installed. The rest of the plant has separate ducts for power and signal cables.
From a general check up I could verify that this separation has been respected in almost all of the rest of the plant except a few specific situations that will have to be addressed. In one case I found a profibus cable together with engine cables in the main duct above the rotating arms. In a second instance a telephone cable had been fitted with engine cables in the main duct below the electrical control panel.
Therefore, a more accurate check up is needed to identify the cables that have been installed incorrectly and move them to their correct position in the conduits. The cables in the ducts of the stacker area have been laid chaotically so that the space in the ducts is badly used. In some places, because the cables haven’t been strapped together and are twisted, it is not possible to close the top of the duct.
