Problems with payment Feb 7, 2014

I have paid 55USD for the package of 3 trainings:
7 Translation in Travel & Tourism: Is it really that simple?
February 21 Applying for a Job Posting – How can I get more positive replies?
On-demand training Starting your translation business: Your Business Plan
But i didn't get reference for Translation in Travel & Tourism seminar. On the Attendees desk I marked as "registered", but not paid attendee.
Why?

I could not make the webinar because an urgent job came up, but I remember reading that if I could not attend I could download the video recording to listen to, within a week after the event. However, I can't find the link. Why?
