How to sign up a new member on my PC

This may be something obvious and simple that I am overlooking, but how do you sign up another member to Proz.com on the same PC?
I am trying to help another person sign up, but only my profile will come up.

Hi Becky,
You need to log out first (use the "Logout" link under your name in the "Member Info" box on the left). Note that you will need your password to log in again later.

First of all, I apologise for my bad English.

You just have to delete all your cookies and try it again.

Because a cookie from Proz.com automatically detect your identity without login. Since you don't have deleted this cookie I think you cannot access with another identity (as far as the system don't ask you for your password).
