這話題肯定會熱烈討論。我在二十多年前曾經在台灣報上寫過評論文章，談的就是抗鬱症藥物使用不當的問題。這種東西危險性非常高，非不得已根本應該禁用。

Just days ago an American lady in Dali (大理) checked out my email address from Proz and sent me an email, asking about the Chinese name of an anti-depressant drug she is taking and running out. I sent her the name. Then she emailed me back saying that she didn't have any luck finding that one in Dali, and she found out the price for another depressant there, which is absurdly expensive.
I guess she didn't (maybe still doesn't) know how rare anti-depressant is used in China. she should... 其实躁狂并不是完全对立与抑郁的，临床上有“抑郁躁狂症”这一说法（http://www.bipolar-disorder-land.info/Articles/Bipolar_Mania_Depression.php）， 是一种精神状态的疾病，同一个病人可以走两个极端（Depressed or Manic）。心理治疗效果要好于药物治疗，但是很顽固。
问题时如果周围环境富含刺激因素，那么后果就很难预料。
