Problem with Symbol

I was working in MS Word and suddenly I found out that I can’t insert symbols from “Symbol” anymore. The window (table) with symbols simply won’t open. Do you happen to know how I could solve this?

Try the Repair option Aug 24, 2004

Some dll might get corrupted.

In Word, go to menu Help and choose the Repair option.
Your MS Office CDROM may be needed.

Thank you very much for your piece of advice. I followed it. However, the result was not immediate. I actually thought it didn’t work. I don’t understand how it happened, but now Symbol works again. Thanks you!
