Hola Proz,
Estoy subtitulando una película multilingüe y me surge esta duda: ¿se deben indicar los cambios de idioma en los subtítulos?
Ejemplo: Hagámoslo en otro sitio. (ÁRABE) Llevamos semanas esperando.
Me imagino que otra opción es utilizar cursiva, pero perderíamos la información sobre el idioma que están hablando, y la otra opción es no poner nada. ¿Alguien conoce cuál es la práctica más habitual?

Hola Rafa,
Normalmente, se suele poner el idioma en paréntesis cuando haces subtítulos para sordos y deficientes auditivos solo. La cursiva se utiliza para palabras extranjeras que no forman parte del uso habitual (entre otras cosas). Así que personalmente, no pondría nada para distinguirlos.
