Very simple question. Is it possible to enable Machine translation if I buy the student license?

You can use QTranslate (free software, https://quest-app.appspot.com/) to have machine translation anywhere. All you need is just assign one shortcut to replace selection with translation from any of these MT engines:

This program runs in tray. You don't need to invoke its interface or copy/paste sentences from/into its window every time you use it. Just assign a shortcut and forget about it. To get an output from the MT engine of your choice simply select any text in the target segment and press your shortcut. That's it.
