Nunca he facturado a empresas situadas fuera del territorio español y no sé si tengo que desglosar el IVA y retener el IRPF o no. Una de las empresas está situada en el Reino Unido y la otra en Francia. ¿Alguien podría decirme cómo hacerlo? Un saludo y muchas gracias de antemano, Sandra

Hola Sandra:
Por lo que tengo entendido, dentro de la UE no tienes que poner IVA ni IRPF en la factura. Pero sí tienes que declarar esos ingresos en tu declaración anual de IRPF.
A ver si alguien tiene más información o puede confirmarlo.

Sin IVA ni IRPF

Así es, no hay que aplicar ni el IVA ni el IRPF. En el formulario trimestral del IVA, yo pongo en la misma casilla todos los ingresos de paises comunitarios y no comunitarios. Los de España los pongo en otra casilla de la declaración del IVA, que lleva un recuadro para poner el IVA aplicado en dichas facturas.
No sé si esto es lo que preguntas...
